Hastelloy
Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is mostly used in aviation and chemical fields.
Hastelloy plates are suitable for various chemical industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher content of molybdenum and chromium makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and the tungsten element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, C-276 Hastelloy tube is one of the only materials resistant to the corrosion of wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. Significant corrosion resistance.

The most commonly used Hastelloy is the "C type". Hastelloy c alloy includes:
C-276- A multifunctional, corrosion-resistant alloy. It has excellent resistance to reduction and mild oxidative corrosion. Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and excellent resistance to local corrosion.
Like all Hastelloy grades, C-2000 alloy combines excellent resistance to oxidizing media with excellent resistance to non oxidizing environments, representing a true performance breakthrough in chemical process equipment applications.
The properties of C-22 Hastelloy C-22 make it particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. In addition, it is widely used to protect the most corrosive FGD systems and the most complex pharmaceutical reaction containers.
①In the state of oxidation and reduction, it has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media.
②It has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress cracking corrosion.

Aerospace

Chemical processing
Hastelloy alloy can be used to manufacture equipment components in reactors, such as reaction columns, piping systems, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, Hastelloy alloys can withstand many chemical reactions that occur daily in these facilities.
