Features of ceramic wear-resistant lining plates
Features of wear-resistant ceramic lining:
It has the characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and convenient construction.
It is suitable for electric power, metallurgy, coal, and petroleum , cement, chemical industry, machinery and other industries materials (pulverized coal, ore powder, tailings, cement, etc.) ideal material for surface wear resistance, it is very safe and reliable to use in high-temperature corrosion, high-temperature wear or high-temperature corrosion situations. Its service life is ten to twenty times longer than cast stone, wear-resistant alloy cast steel, steel plastic, steel rubber and other materials.
Ceramic lining plate is a highly wear-resistant material made of aluminum oxide (AL2O3) as the main body, supplemented by other ingredients, and sintered at a high temperature of 1700°C. It is widely used in coal conveying, material conveying systems, pulverizing systems, ash discharge, dust removal systems and other mechanical equipment with high wear in enterprises such as thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical industry, cement, ports and terminals. Different types of products can be selected according to different needs.
Alumina ceramic lining plate has high hardness and strong wear resistance. The Mohs hardness reaches level 9, the Rockwell hardness reaches HRA85 or above, and the wear resistance is 271.5 times higher than that of Meng steel. It has now become a ceramic wear-resistant material widely used in industry.
Although the hardness of the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is high, it is relatively brittle. If it is subject to a large impact force, it will cause breakage. Therefore, the ceramic lining plate is not suitable for use in working conditions with large impact force. Generally, the impact force is High-force working conditions require the use of ceramic-rubber composite liners, which can cope with larger impact conditions.
Ceramic lining plates are generally divided into aluminum contents of 92%, 95%, 96%, and 99%. The more commonly used ones are generally 92% and 95%. 92% of the lining boards have a density of 3.62g/cm3 or above, and 95% of the lining boards have a density of 3.68g/cm3 or above. The higher the aluminum content, the more stable the performance of the ceramic lining and the better the wear resistance.
